Department of Business Management

The department of Business Management was developed with a view to fostering value based education to cater for the needs of the growing global market.

 The department of Business Management consists of professional lecturers with practical experience in their field. We are here to help the students who want to develop and study in a dynamic academic environment.  We currently offer courses from Level 4 to Level 7 in business & finance.

Department of Information Technology

Queensbury College offers various IT courses with hands-on training. We enable our students to pursue their careers in research and development or business computing and even scientific areas of computing. We emphasise professional integration by applying new technologies and approaches to our teaching and research. 
 
As a Cisco Networking Academy, Queensbury College offers CISCO programmes in partnership with London Metropolitan University to enrich our students with skills to design build and maintain computer networks. Queensbury College is committed to producing highly trained network professionals to satisfy the needs of business world-wide.  

Department of Hospitality & Tourism Management

The delivery of application-oriented programmes meeting student needs is a priority. Our courses are tailored to prepare students for management careers in the hotel, food service and tourism sectors.

The Department’s primary objective is to provide the opportunity for students to obtain knowledge in a variety of disciplines related to the hotel and tourism industry. The department also provides courses which focus on gaming, human resources, timeshare/vacation ownership, and technology. We develop awareness and understanding among our students in decision making peculiar to the hotel industry. 

Department of English Language

Queensbury College’s English Department is committed to raising students' understanding and familiarity with the English Language. As such it plays a vital part in the students' learning experience. The department of English is proud to provide a range of high quality English language s including English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL), Business English, Academic English and Pre-sessional English, together with courses designed solely to improve the Speaking and Listening skills of candidates.

The courses offered range from Beginners to Advanced level where students will have extensive exposure to all four language learning skills – Speaking, Listening, Reading and Writing. All course materials are included in the course fee.
