Step 1: Select your course of study from our prospectus. Students are advised to read the prospectus carefully before filling in the application form.
Step 2: Academic and language entry requirements
If your first language is not English you must be able to provide recent evidence that your spoken and written command of the English language is adequate for the courses for which you intend to apply. For further information on our entry requirements please go to our course information page.
Step 3: Applying to Queensbury College. Student applications should be made on the official application forms. There are two ways in which you can apply for our programmes:
3.1 Apply online – using our online application form.
Please follow this link to apply online. Prospective students are advised to select their preferred programme of study and month/year they would like to join prior to commencing their application.

You can browse through a full list of programmes we offer on our course information page. Once you have made a decision on which course you wish to apply for please select it from the drop down menu and fill in the rest of the application form accordingly. Please make sure you scan your:

Then attach the above mentioned documents to your application form as a single PDF file. Please bear in mind that your application is not complete, unless these documents are provided. In case you have difficulties in uploading the documents you are advised to email them to us; including any supporting documents; mentioning the online application ID in the subject line. This is to ensure that your online application is complete. 3.2 Paper-based application
Alternatively prospective students may use a paper-based application form. Please download the PDF version of our application form. The filled in application form must be returned with copies of relevant academic documents (certificates, transcripts, English language certificate), reference letters, passport copy and the registration fee to Queensbury College.
Only duly completed application forms will be considered for admission processing. You may either fill it in electronically using Adobe software or by hand. Then scan and email it to us or post it to our London address.
Step 4. Conditional Offer letter of Acceptance
Once we receive your completed application form and registration fee we will process it and, if your application is successful you will be sent an electronic conditional offer letter stating that Queensbury College is offering you a place on a course, subject to the payment of the tuition fee and upon fulfilment of any other conditions.
Please bear in mind that we may invite applicant for an interview (usually Skype interview) if necessary.
Step 5.Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies
If the conditions mentioned in the electronic conditional offer letter are fulfilled and the student passes an admission interview (where conducted), the applicant is issued with an unconditional offer of acceptance for the offered course. Students who under UKBA tier 4 regulations need Visa/Entry clearance to enter the United Kingdom will be issued with a Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies (CAS) statement which will be stated on their unconditional offer letter. If you are subject to immigration control and must obtain a student visa please visit UKBA for more information on how to apply for entry clearance. Students submitting an application from overseas may wish to contact one of our authorised local representatives for assistance with the application. Representatives can help you through the application process step by step. They may charge for their services.
If you need to book accommodation or for further information, contact the admissions office.
Please note that the college does not provide student accommodation, but we can assist you with finding an appropriate accommodation in the local area. It is strongly recommended that accommodation is arranged in advance.
